• Unstitched Fabrics: We make every effort to display the colors, embroideries, and details of our unstitched articles as accurately as possible. However, due to digital photography lighting, screen resolutions, and monitor settings, minor color variations may occur between the product images and the actual item received.
• Embellishments & Accessories: Extra patches, tassels, or buttons included with unstitched suits are only provided if specified in the product description.
• Stitched Outfits: Ready-to-wear or custom-stitched garments are tailored based on the standardized size charts provided on our website.

3Pricing, Taxes, and Payments

• Pricing: All prices listed on our website are in PKR. Prices are subject to change without prior notice, but such changes will not affect orders that have already been confirmed.
• Payment Methods: We accept secure payments via Easypaisa / JazzCash online transfers and Cash on Delivery (COD). Orders are processed only after payment verification or order confirmation.

4Shipping and Delivery

• Dispatch Times: Ready-to-wear items and unstitched suits are typically dispatched within 1 business day.
• Delivery Delays: While we strive to meet estimated delivery windows, Azka is not liable for delays caused by courier partners, weather conditions, or customs clearance processes.

5Returns, Exchanges, and Refunds

• Eligibility Window: You may request a return or exchange within 10 days of receiving your order.
• Condition of Return: Items must be unworn, unwashed, unstitched (if bought as unstitched fabric), free of stains or odors, and have all original designer tags and packaging attached.
• Exclusions (Custom & Stitched Orders): Due to the personal nature of custom tailoring, custom-stitched or made-to-measure outfits are strictly non-returnable and non-exchangeable, unless there is a manufacturing defect or an error on our part regarding your submitted measurements.
• Shipping Costs for Returns: Customers are responsible for paying shipping costs for returning items, unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

6Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including clothing designs, product photography, brand logos, graphics, text, and layouts, is the exclusive property of Azka. Unauthorized reproduction, duplication, or commercial use of our content is strictly prohibited.

7Limitation of Liability

Azka shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our website, fabric reactions, or delayed deliveries beyond our reasonable control. Our maximum liability to you shall not exceed the total amount paid for the specific product purchased.
